         Brad Cowan  Managing Principal

Brad is an experienced executive manager in infrastructure provision and operation of water and wastewater services. His particular experience was in the project and construction management of around $250 million of water and wastewater schemes and treatment plants as well as a number of business reviews and organisational change programs.

He has also completed business and project management studies. He is recognised by the Australian Institute of Project Management as a Master Project Director.

Brad Cowan

         John Davis  Managing Principal

John is an executive manager with 20 years experience in the infrastructure delivery and

contract services sector. For the last five years he has specialised in infrastructure delivery

using non-traditional methods, including project alliances, with several projects completed as

the principal projects manager/director.

John Davis

          Eric Fenn  Principal Consultant

Eric is an organisational and management consultant with more than 17 years experience in the consulting business. He has undertaken an extensive number of assignments in strategic and business planning, organisational change, supply chain management strategies (and implementation), mediation of disputes, negotiation training and consulting, training and development (especially in management development and team building) and the facilitation of workshops. He has also been involved in a range of partnering programs in both mining and manufacturing sectors.

         Greg Cashin  Principal Consultant

Greg has over 20 years water, wastewater and solid waste management, investigation, design, construction, and operation experience gained in state government, local government and the private sector. Contract delivery forms that Greg is experienced in include BOOT, DBO, concession, alliance, operations and maintenance, and design and construct.  To date he has been involved either as a contractor or as an advisor in most of the private sector water industry projects let in Australia, as well as major international projects such as the Manila water and wastewater concessions.  Recent projects where Greg has acted as an adviser include the Begs Sewerage Program, Coliban Operation and Maintenance Services Contract, Mt Stromlo WTP, Gosford-Wyong Desalination Project, ShaTin WTP (Hong Kong), Mackay Water Recycling Project, Gold Coast Desalination Project and the Coffs Harbour Infrastructure Program.

          Garry Law  Principal Consultant

Gary has been working for 17 years in line management, general manager and chief executive roles in territorial and regional local government and local authority trading enterprises, responsible for water and wastewater services, solid waste disposal and countryside parks variously to New Zealand's largest city, Auckland as well as Brisbane, Australia.  His areas of expertise are engineering, particularly utility infrastructure with environmental significance, operations and maintenance contracting in the water industry, commercialization / corporatisation of local public services, management of large enterprises with a political interface, heritage management in cultural institutions and resource management, particularly water resources, protected land and climate change issues

         Davin Shellshear  Principal Consultant

Davin Shellshear has over 30 years professional engineering experience including over 20 years with Australia’s largest local government integrated water utility, Brisbane Water.  He has extensive experience in the management of water utilities, the transitioning of water utilities from traditional public sector structures to efficient, competitive and well-governed market economy organizations, and the reform of the water industry in Australia through performance and competitive regulation.

         Adrian Earl   Principal Consultant Passed away in July. A true professional, gentleman and friend.

Adrian’s core skills are leadership and development of people, business re-engineering and change management, Information Technology implementation, commercial strategy, project management, financial and budget management, and pricing strategies. He has 26 years of relevant work experience including international postings in Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Middle East and Papua New Guinea

Her experience and qualifications in Business, Leisure Studies, Adventure based counselling, Experiential Learning and Human Resource Management, has developed her ability to work with people holistically.

           Alison Thompson   Principal Consultant

Alison has 20 years infrastructure development experience gained in multinational corporations for the government and private sectors, mainly in the water industry. She has held senior management roles in large organisations, developing projects from inception to delivery in competitive customer focused markets. Alison's competencies in management and business development are built on a solid foundation of project investigation, design, contract development, tender and delivery. Alison is experienced in multiple contract formats including (PPP), design build operate (DBO), concession, alliance, operations and maintenance, and design and construct. To date she has been involved on several major emergency water projects including most recently the development of the target cost for the Gold Coast Desalination Project.
